Add Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on (SSO) to your NexaDesk helpdesk so technicians and end users log in with the Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) credentials they already use across Microsoft 365 — no separate NexaDesk password to manage or reset.
SSO through Entra means access follows your existing identity policies: when you enforce MFA or conditional access in Entra, it applies to NexaDesk too, and when someone leaves and their Entra account is disabled, their helpdesk access goes with it. For internal IT teams and MSPs standardised on Microsoft, it removes a whole category of password admin.
